You’re Fat(ty Liver)
Sometimes you gotta just tell it like it is…
You got a Fatty Liver
I say this out of love.
Being National Obesity Awareness Week, It’s time to talk about a chubby friend of yours…
We need to talk about your Fatty Liver.
I know you don’t drink a lot, but you see, that’s not the only way to get Fatty Liver Disease.
There are many factors.
You can have Fatty Liver Disease and not even know it.
There are often no symptoms, but as time goes on you may notice:
- Feeling Tired
- Loss of Appetite
- Weight Loss
- Poor Judgement
- Trouble Concentrating
So what do you do?
Your doctor can check for Fatty Liver Disease by simply checking your liver size through a routine visit. It can also be checked through blood tests, ultrasound and biopsy, if necessary.
There is no specific treatment for Fatty Liver Disease
but you can improve your condition or, better yet, AVOID it by:
- Maintaining a healthy weight
- Eating a balanced healthy diet low in carbs and sugar
- Limit or eliminate alcohol
- Get regular exercise
- Adding Liver Liberate to your routine. This will give you all the liver specific nutrients needed to empower a liver to be strong, functional and healthy
While you may be focused on the scale this time of year, don’t forget to keep your liver slim too!
